• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

Job Description:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote
  real estate properties.
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, agents, and potential buyers.
• Organize and conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads, ensuring a high conversion rate.
• Manage and update property listings on various platforms and websites.
• Assist in the preparation and smooth floating of marketing materials,
  including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to
  promote the company and generate new leads.
