Position for QA/QC Engineer
Location: Savali , Kalol, Gujarat
Experience : 3 – 6 Years
Qualification : Diploma or Degree in mechanical / Production / Fabrication / Welding engineering
ASNT Level- II desirable

Work Profile :

• Perform inspection of incoming materials or customer items according to Purchase order, Material specification and drawing such as -measure and record the dimension of components/parts, raw material using measuring instruments, visual inspection, review test certificate in accordance with material specification and analyse the findings for discrepancy; perform non-destructive test (if necessary) and analyse findings and raise report where necessary
• Knowledge of material specification as per ASME SEC II-A, EN specification. Perform in process inspection of pressure vessel weld joint Set up, Weld visual and Dimension inspection in accordance with drawing relevant manufacturing code, customer specification to ensure all quality requirement is achieved
• Analyse result and decide the acceptan‹ level of the in process and find Inspection.
• Raise non-conformance re port and subs t to Immediate Supervisor
• Inspection document prey aration and n intenance of record.
• Prepare Data Book upon completion of bs.
• Interact with internal / External interest 4 parties and attend to their retirements
• Arrange, coordinate and carry out all the Inspection and testing with Costumer representative and/or Third party inspection aged icy as per Inst action Test Plan (ITP)
• Prepare test procedure whenever ineede. Preparation of QAP/ITP.
• Thorough Knowledge of pressure vessel Manufacturing code ASME Sec VI (DIV-I & II), EN 13445, EN 13458 etc.
• Awareness ERP/SAP
• Hands on experience on M* office (word, Excel, PowerPoint)
