Maintenance Mechanical Fitter – Sanand _ Permanent role

Location – Sanand, Gujarat.

Job Description Summary:

We are looking for Tachi machine CNC Turning Operator, having the operating experience,

CNC Machine Maintenance experience is must.

Install, maintain, and repair internal factory equipment as per the guidance from the Supervisor.

Responsible for the task execution or activities within a technical discipline with safety.

Follow the job procedures and suggest for modification of procedures and practices covering

work till the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).

Basic Qualifications:

· ITI In Mechanical with 4+ Years’ Experience

Desired Qualifications:

· Maintenance of Machine tools with CNC system

· Knowledge of Fabrication Equipment maintenance.

· Knowledge of Mechanical and Hydraulic System in machine

Job Role:

· Hands on experience CNC machines – like heavy boring and milling machines, Horizontal and vertical turning machines, Gantry type milling/turning machines like PAMA, HNK, Waco etc

· Hands on experience in Fabrication machines – like rolling machine, oxy cutting, shot blasting, furnace, welding machine ( TIG & MIG ),Gauging & SAW machines and painting facility maintenance.

· knowledge in Hydrostatic and Hydraulic systems,

· Knowledge in EOT crane maintenance

· Suggest for Spare parts planning through Preventive maintenance.

· Support external service execution.

· Closing internal & external maintenance orders

· Suggest in maintenance planning.

· Execute Preventive, Predictive and Breakdown Maintenance for critical and other equipment as per check list.

· Basic Knowledge of Nuclear Safety.

· Understanding of EHS requirements.

· Be familiar with the emergency procedures.

· Understanding of EHS process for LOTO, Confined Spaces, Work at Height, Electrical Safety.
