Position for Inventory Management Engineer
Location: Baroda, Gujarat
Experience : 2 – 5 years
Qualification : Diploma / B.E./B.Tech. Mechanical

Work Profile :

• Non-moving Inventory Management: · Identify technical materials in the inventory categorized as non-moving. · Coordinate with various departments (Design, Engineering, Planning, Production, and Stores) to facilitate the consumption of non-moving inventory.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: · Work closely with departmental stakeholders to ensure timely utilization of inventory. · Provide technical insights and solutions to optimize inventory usage.
• Reporting and Analysis: · Establish and maintain a centralized reporting system for all plants. · Generate and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports with the management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Site Visits: · Regularly visit plants to monitor inventory management processes and ensure effective implementation of strategies. · Identify and address challenges related to inventory reduction on-site.

• Strong understanding of technical materials and inventory control processes. · Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple departments. · Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with proficiency in creating MIS reports. · Willingness to travel frequently to plant locations. · Result-oriented mind-set with a focus on achieving measurable inventory reduction.
