Position: Engineer – Instrument
Location : Kalol plant
Experience:8-10 Years
Qualification :B.E./B.Tech. Instrumentation and Control/ Electronics & communication/ Mechatronics

Work Profile : 8-10 years in Electronics & instrument Field.

ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 1. Experience in installation and commissioning of Field Instruments(RTD, TT, PT, FT, LT, Sensors).
• 2. Experience required in Electrical and instrument system.
• 3. Should have Experience in PLC, DCS, SCADA, VFD, Electrical Panels.
• 4. Should have Experience to read SLD, Panel Wiring diagram and P&ID.
• 5. Basic Electronics component knowledge.
• TT/ST/SKIDS -Design, test, install, Instruments troubleshooting and maintain equipment that automates the processes that monitor and control machinery.

  COMPETENCIES:

• Engineering drawing reading
• Knowledge of electrical panels and SCADA programming
• Knowledge VFD
• Instruments and cabling
• Incoming material inspection and GRN clearance
• Production planning
• Coordinator with inter department and supplier
• Knowledge of IMS
• Knowledge of 5’S
• Manage day to day Shop Floor Issues
