Roles & Responsibilities: –
- Employee Lifecycle management
- Managing Employee Grievances
- Time & Attendance management (Through Tempus Software)
- Point of Contact for HR for manpower vendors and other stakeholders
- Connect with corporate HR Operations teams for query management.
- Contingent Workers Management
- SAP – creation of PR and SRN
- Conducting Engagement activities
- Represent HR at various forums at the Plant including plant leadership.
- Preparing MIS and systems for efficient and smooth working
- Drafting – Notices/ Circulars / policies
- Supporting and be part of overall HR activities at India Level
Transportation facility from Ahmedabad to Sanand will be provided.
