Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive Business Development to join our recruitment consultancy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
New Client Acquisition: Proactively prospect, identify, and generate new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients in various industries.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for expansion. Tailor solutions to meet clients’ unique recruitment needs.
Collaboration with Recruitment Consultants: Work closely with recruitment teams to communicate client needs and ensure successful placements.
Contract Negotiation: Lead contract discussions and negotiate terms that align with both client expectations and company goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Any Graduate
Experience: Minimum of 1-5 years of business development experience in the recruitment or staffing industry.
Excellent Communication & Inter-personal skills
