About the Role:
Our client, an Indian multinational specializing in specialty chemicals, is seeking a Customer Service Executive – Order Management. The role focuses on managing the order lifecycle, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, logistics, finance, and planning teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the tendering process, including document preparation, draft review, approvals, and uploads.
• Maintain and update customer master data.
• Handle customer relationship management activities.
• Oversee order management, ensuring timely coordination with planners/schedulers for material readiness.
• Liaise with the logistics team for shipment scheduling.
• Work closely with Sales & Finance teams to resolve price mismatches and credit blocks.
• Generate and analyze MIS reports.
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
• Strong experience in order management and customer service.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
