Qualification – ITI- Fitter or machinist / Diploma in Mechanical engineering

Min yrs of exp – 3yrs

Location – Sanand.

Job Description:

-Perform Casing box up & unbox up, module assembly , casing seal strip & blade assembly, bearing pedestal assembly, hydro Test of HP Valve (ITNS-1),manual drilling – tapping, grinding, conventional machine operation(Lathe , milling, PDM), shrink fitting & hot work & deburring .

-Monitoring of production, adjusting appropriate setting of tool-tackles.

-Knowledge of usage of measuring instrument, error check and its application.

-Knowledge of manual & power tools and its application , trouble shooting of conventional machine.
