Billing resource on Third Party contract -:

• Nature of Work– Billing & Documentations
• Location– Hosur (RMK BU),near from Bangalore.
• Qualifications – B.com/Graduation with sound knowledge of Billings & commercial process
• Experience- 3-4 Years minimum in Billing & documentations process with any Power/Infra company
• Work nature– Full time on-site , no Hybrid mode.
• Brief Profile– Person should have sound knowledge of SAP billing(SD) module  which shall help in Billing process complete in SAP @ltais fully compliant based on the PO terms & pro-actively working with Project management team .  Co-ordination with Inter functional teams for arrangement of documents which are required for post billing documentations. He shall be responsible for both Direct documentations to customer or the PM team or cash team & also if LC is applicable, he shall be preparing LC documents in line with PO/LC & submitting to Bank . Regular indicators to Finance & project team on Billings done for the week/month/Quarter & also sharing the dispatch trackers which will have all information’s on Bills dispatch. He should possess good knowledge of PO/Contract payment terms & also taxations which are key component for billing. Analyzing BBU from PO & using them for Billing on completion of Milestones. Regular attending governance calls on Billing & documentations.

The person should have good capacity to close the disputes if any being raised by customer/PMs/Cash Teams. Good liaison & having good communications.
