Job Description

1.Improve customer service experience, create engaged customer’s and facilitate organic growth

2.Take ownership of customer’s issue and follow problems through to resolution

3.Develop service procedures, policies and standards

4.Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions

5.Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports

6.Mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment

7.Keep ahead of organization’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement

8.Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets

9.Maintain an orderly work flow according to priorities

10.Ability to think strategically and to lead

11. Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques

12. Responsible for the entire task handled by Team Leader.
